Refund & Return Policy for Cococarts

At Cococarts, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality products and ensuring your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you’re not fully happy with your order, our Return and Refund Policy outlines the process to resolve your concerns quickly and fairly.


1. Our Return & Refund Policy

We take great pride in offering premium-quality, natural products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we provide returns and refunds under the terms stated below.


2. Order Cancellation and Amendments

Orders can be canceled or amended from the “My Orders” section of your account, provided the status is not marked “Out-for-delivery.” Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled or changed.


3. Rejection of Products Upon Delivery

If you’re not satisfied with any item during delivery, you may reject it immediately. The delivery agent will take back the rejected item(s). If the order was prepaid, a full refund will be processed in accordance with Sections 8 and 9 below.


4. Returns After Delivery

If any issue is identified post-delivery, please inform us immediately via email, phone, or through your account. Return requests are accepted within the following timeframes:

If you have a genuine reason beyond these time limits, we’ll review your case and provide a resolution wherever possible.


5. No Cancellation or Return Fees

Eligible cancellations or returns (as per Sections 1 or 2) will not incur any fees. A full refund will be initiated if applicable.


6. Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges will apply in the following cases:

  • Incomplete or incorrect address provided

  • Locked premises or inaccessible delivery location

  • Unreachable customer or unresponsive to delivery attempts

  • Cash on Delivery orders where payment is refused or unavailable

Charges will cover perishable goods and delivery expenses. Refunds, if any, will be the paid amount minus these charges.


7. Exemptions from Returns & Cancellations

No refunds or cancellations will be entertained under the following conditions:

  • The product has been fully consumed

  • Improper handling, storage, or usage has caused spoilage


8. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be credited to your “My Wallet” account on Cococarts within 1 business day.

  • If you prefer the refund to your original payment method (debit/credit card, NetBanking, etc.), contact us via email or phone. Refunds will be initiated within 2 working days, subject to your bank’s processing time.


9. Refund for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds for COD orders can only be credited to your “My Wallet” balance. Refunds to bank accounts or other payment modes are not available for COD transactions.


10. Refund Limitations

Cococarts’ refund liability is limited to the amount paid for the order. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.


11. Amendments to the Policy

Cococarts reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. The revised version will reflect a new “Last Updated” date. We encourage users to check the policy periodically.
